It warms my heart to see our talented team members growing within their careers in this great network and imparting that new and gained knowledge to our youth. 13 staff members from across the region were enrolled in the first INJAZ Sprinters Staff Development Program.
We are truly honored to be partnering with McKinsey & Co. to bring regional leaders on one platform to learn about the challenges we come across on a daily basis as a whole region, this program will help them strengthen the team culture and serve the overall organization’s purpose.
Our belief in our vision and values always gears us towards more growth and aspiration. We hold great expectations from our Sprinters and can’t wait to see the outcomes of this program.
