Starting September, nine JA staff from across the global network embarked on a 12-month fellowship. In this third year JA Worldwide offers this staff- development initiative, two members of the INJAZ network, Yasmine Wilson from INJAZ Egypt and Nicole Kazan from INJAZ Lebanon, were selected to join other fellows and be part of the journey. In previous rounds, fellows from the MENA region, Rawan Naber from INJAZ Al-Arab and Myriam Abi Hatem from INJAZ Lebanon had participated and completed the program.
JA Worldwide Fellows deepen their leadership, mentorship, and strategic skills through monthly virtual leadership training, an in-person development opportunity, and three one-on-one coaching sessions.
