On March 30 and 31st, INJAZ Al-Arab hosted its first-ever regional virtual career forum, JAHEZ Forum 2021. The forum aimed to boost the employability skills of Arab youth and raise awareness of emerging and forward-looking roles within the job market. In partnership with the Skoll Foundation, Microsoft, and Nestlé Middle East and North Africa, JAHEZ Forum 2021 lasted two days and included a series of thought-provoking sessions with key industry leaders, including speakers from Microsoft, Marriott, UPS, Altijari Wafa Bank, and the Coca-Cola Company. Youth from across MENA watched the sessions as they streamed LIVE on the INJAZ Al-Arab Facebook page and Youtube Channel.
Following the success of the regional JAHEZ Career Forum, and in an effort to enhance the employability skills and prepare youth for the job market, INJAZ member nations have started rolling out their own local editions of the forum. INJAZ Oman and INJAZ UAE hosted they local forums in April while other member nations expected to follow.
