The INJAZ experience has proven over time that once it impacts one student, they always carry it with them as they move on in their lives. The spirit of volunteerism and the urge to make a difference becomes embedded in everything they do. While some of our Alumni become entrepreneurs or get hired in the public or private sectors, some of them choose to stay in the INJAZ network, as employees and/or volunteers. This is the case with Ahmad Etawi , our Alumni who have chosen to continue his journey with INJAZ as a volunteer and team member. He is passing on the INJAZ flame to the younger generations.
“I participated in the Company Program in INJAZ Saudi Arabia in 2013 and joined the INJAZ Saudi Arabia family in 2015 in data entry, where I then learned and developed my skills to become a program implementation officer in 2017. I did not let anything stop me from learning and gaining more experience. Today I am a projects coordinator and the manager of the Alumni chapter.
All the experiences and skills that I gained during this journey, I am working to deliver it to every student participating in the INJAZ Saudi Arabia programs.”
