This year’s Youth Entrepreneurship Celebration witnessed one of INJAZ’s most remarkable success stories. Almost 10 years ago, Ray Dargham and Bassem El Hady participated in the INJAZ regional competition as students where they first discovered their entrepreneurial streaks. This year, they joined us in the competition, not as students, but as judges, along with prominent figures from the private sector.
They served as role models for the students, guiding them through the way and standing as a testament that with belief and determination along with guidance, you can be the owner of your own success.

Bassem El Hady is the Co-founder and CEO of Kijamii, the leading and award winning Creative Digital Advertising Agency in the MENA region named the Independent Agency of the Year in Dubai Lynx 2019 with offices in Dubai, Cairo, & Riyadh. Ray Dargham is the Founder & CEO of STEP Group, the company behind Dubai’s renowned STEP Conference, which he started in 2012.
